In the moldboard plow the most common compression system is that of the leaf springs. This is a much safer system than using fuses. The leaf springs that can adapt to the Kverneland plows have between 5 and 7 leaf springs, depending on the type of soil and the tillage depth. Bellota also has leaf springs for Kveneland CLC cultivators in the cultivator section.

Initial reccommended distance for mounting leaf spring (when flexed): 70 cm. (Distance between the wheelbase)
Leaf combinations are developed in accordance with customer's requirements.
The number of layers per leaf spring shall depend on the ground characteristics (soil type)
